Veteran of the Hospitality Industry, Jean-Pierre Simonnet opened the Seychelles' very first hotel in the 80s. Over the duration of his career, he has participated in the opening of over 20 hotels around the world. For many years, he has also held the position of Head of F&B of Accor Hotels.
Since 2012 Jean-Pierre has been running a consulting activity to advise investors on the construction and operations of hotels across the globe, from his base in Paris.
Multi-award winning architect Gary Fell was educated in London at UCL's prestigious Bartlett School of Architecture. Whilst still a postgraduate student, Gary and a talented team of students were shortlisted for the Cardiff Opera House competition alongside luminaries such as Zaha Hadid, Norman Foster, and Rem Koolhaas.
In 1999, having completed the design of the Four Seasons hotel in Bali, Gary founded his own agency, GFAB.
